Adding books by ISBN

You can search and add books to your collection by ISBN with the Add Books screen. ISBNs added to the queue will instantly show title, author, ISBN, publisher, format and a cover image.

You can either search 1 ISBN to add to your collection/wish list, or search multiple ISBNs and add them all in one go.

1. Click the + Add Books button in the toolbar. The Add Books screen will appear.
2. In the Add Books screen, select the ISBN tab at the top.
3. Enter or scan the ISBN into the search box.
4. Click Search to add the ISBN to the add queue and instantly find your book.
5. Now click the big “Add to Collection” button on the bottom right.

You can type/scan multiple book ISBNs and search them. They will all be stored in the left hand panel for you to add in one go with the button bottom left.

*Accidentally typed/scanned a wrong ISBN or decided you don’t want to add it? Click the “Edit” button at the top of the list of ISBNs and use the red “X” button to remove the ISBN from the list.

Scanning ISBNs with your phone or tablet

You can use it to scan ISBNs into the Add Books screen directly using your phone or tablet, you can scan and enter ISBNs with our free barcode scanning app CLZ Scanner.

1. Click the CLZ Scanner icon in the far right of the ISBN entry box and follow instructions to download the CLZ Scanner app and log in to the app.
2. Go back to the Add Books screen and scan some ISBNs.
